1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Jade Client ("Jade", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website at https://jadeclient.top, our native injector software, application binaries, cloud configuration synchronization services, and related digital offerings (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing the website, purchasing a license, downloading software binaries, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase, download, or use Jade.
2. Eligibility & Permitted Users
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age for digital consent in your jurisdiction) to access or use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
3. License Grant & Hardware Restrictions
Subject to full payment and continued compliance with these Terms, Jade grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download, install, and execute the Jade client on personal computers that you own or control.
- Single-User License: Each license grants access for a single user, with a separate hardware ID ("HWID") binding for Windows, macOS, and Linux when client builds are available for your account. At most one machine per operating system may be linked at a time.
- HWID Resets: You may transfer your active seat to a new machine using our self-service HWID reset tool located in your account dashboard, subject to reasonable cooldown intervals designed to prevent unauthorized multi-seat abuse.
- Prohibited Actions: You may not share, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or publicly host your account credentials or license keys. Using a single license across multiple machines running the same operating system is prohibited.
4. Prohibited Conduct & Intellectual Property Protection
All copyrights, trademarks, software code, graphic designs, vectors, and intellectual property associated with Jade remain the exclusive property of Jade Client and its licensors. You expressly agree not to:
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, decrypt, or attempt to derive the source code of Jade binaries, injector libraries, or protection routines (including Kagura or Jadefuscator).
- Bypass, alter, or disable any digital rights management (DRM), license verification mechanisms, or HWID validation routines.
- Redistribute, leak, repackage, or publish Jade binaries, loader files, or cracked derivatives on third-party forums, repositories, or file hosts.
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or exploit tools against our authentication endpoints or Cloudflare infrastructure.
Any breach of this section results in immediate and permanent termination of your license, revocation of account access, and may subject you to civil and criminal liability under applicable computer protection laws.
5. Minecraft Disclaimer & Third-Party Servers
Not an Official Minecraft Product: Jade is an independent software tool. Jade is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries. "Minecraft" is a registered trademark of Mojang Synergies AB.
Server Compliance & Risk: Multiplayer game servers enforce independent rules, terms of service, and anti-cheat policies. You acknowledge that you use Jade at your own risk. Jade is intended solely for single-player environments or multiplayer servers where explicit authorization has been granted by the server administrator. Jade accepts zero liability for any server bans, mutes, inventory forfeitures, or account suspensions issued by third-party server operators.
6. Purchases, Pricing & Billing
Jade Lifetime Access is currently offered as a one-time payment ($24.99 USD). There are no recurring subscription charges.
Payments are processed securely via authorized merchant payment processors (including PayPal and SellAuth). By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. Applicable taxes, VAT, or regional fees are calculated at checkout. License keys and account credentials are delivered digitally immediately upon payment confirmation.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE AND SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, COMPATIBILITY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT JADE WILL BE COMPLETELY UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, BUG-FREE, OR FREE FROM DETECTION BY THIRD-PARTY ANTI-CHEAT MECHANISMS. FUTURE MINECRAFT UPDATES OR GAME MODIFICATIONS MAY TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY IMPACT CLIENT COMPATIBILITY.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JADE, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GAME ACCOUNTS, SERVER BANS, HARDWARE DAMAGE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO JADE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
9. Term, Termination & Account Revocation
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Jade reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, revoke your license, and deny future access to the Service without refund if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in fraud or chargeback abuse, or attempt to harm the Jade infrastructure or community.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. When updates occur, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Jade following any modifications constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
